Mr. Riley is our sweet senior who ends up charming everyone he meets! He is a tiny guy with a big personality. He has recently lost most of his sight and is still getting used to finding his way around. He gets eye drops for glaucoma 3 times a day and heart medication twice a day due to an enlarged heart. Riley has been to the eye specialist for several visits and procedures and has also required visits to the cardiologist. His medications cost roughly $90/month. He will need to stay on them for the rest of his life. Please consider donating today and helping us take care of our sweet Riley boy!

Our rescue runs solely on donations and adoption fees. Adoption fees may vary depending on the dog or cat and their needs, dogs & cats with special needs or behavioral issues may have lower adoption fees. Adoption fees include: up to date required vaccinations for adoption (DHLPP, Rabies), deworming, microchipping and registration, heartworm, flea & tick meds, and spay/neuter.

are Love Give, Inc., DBA: Wonder Paws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue that was founded with the purpose of helping families with animals in crisis, and animals in need of rescue. Wonder Paws Rescue takes dogs, cats, puppies & kittens out of high kill shelters and precarious situations in South Florida & the Caribbean including Broward and Miami-Dade County; we also accept direct surrenders from owners who are unable to care for their pets.
Wonder Paws Rescue provides temporary housing, medical care and rehabilitation for neglected and ill animals in our community, with the ultimate goal of finding them permanent, safe and loving homes. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us do good work.
